The monthly service fee includes your residence, most utilities, dining dollars, maintenance, landscaping, access to amenities, wellness programming, and a full calendar of activities.
Depending on the residence, some customization options may also be available prior to move-in. Our residents personalize their homes with their own furnishings, décor, and artwork.

Dining & Amenities

At Givens Aldersgate, we offer flexible dining options with menus prepared by experienced culinary teams. Residents enjoy chef-crafted meals made with fresh ingredients, along with a variety of venues and dining experiences.
Absolutely. Our dining teams work closely with residents to accommodate dietary needs, preferences, and medically prescribed diets.

Health & Support

One of the key benefits of Givens Aldersgate is access to higher levels of care as needs change. Residents can transition to assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation services, depending on availability and clinical need.

At Givens Aldersgate we are staffed 24/7 by trained professionals who are committed to resident safety, dignity, and well-being. Team members receive ongoing training aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Activities & Community Life

Givens Aldersgate’s living options are all pet friendly. Plus, we have our own off-leash dog park and miles of trails and walking paths for owners to take their four-legged friends for a stroll. If you have mobility issues, you can schedule dog walking and discuss other pet care needs with Aldersgate At Home services.

Our teams provide personalized support before and after move-in, helping residents get connected, build relationships, and engage in community life at their own pace.

Financial & Logistics

Givens Aldersgate is a Type C community, or a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). Costs vary based on the type of residence you choose. We offer a range of financial models, and our team works closely with prospective residents to explain options clearly and transparently.
